Terms of sale

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms govern the subscriptions to TYWYT products sold on the web — the Solutfa Plus subscription and the subscription to each paid mini-game — by TYWYT (tywyt SAS), a French SASU with a share capital of €100, registered in Évry under number 910 235 209, 35 B rue Jacques Duclos, 91120 Palaiseau, France, VAT FR51 910 235 209 — contact@solutfa.com. They supplement the terms of use. By subscribing, you accept them. The French version prevails.

1. What the subscription includes

The app stays free, with or without an account (see the terms of use). Solutfa Plus, an individual subscription tied to one account, extends what costs us to host:

Free accountSolutfa Plus
Saved takes (audio included)60 minutes of audio kept20 hours of audio kept
Paper score scanning5 pages per day50 pages per day
History (scores, settings, takes)on the device that created iton all your devices

One account is one person; the subscription is not shared between students.

Mini-games. Some mini-games are free with a Solutfa account: no subscription. Each paid mini-game is sold through its own subscription (monthly or yearly), tied to the account of the person who plays. A subscription to a paid mini-game includes Solutfa Plus while it lasts; Solutfa Plus alone gives access to no mini-game. There is no free trial. If you already subscribe to Solutfa Plus when you take a mini-game, you are told before paying: nothing is cancelled automatically, you may cancel Solutfa Plus yourself.

2. Price

€3.99 per month or €39.99 per year, all taxes included; French VAT, or that of your EU country of residence where VAT rules require it, is included and computed at checkout; the displayed price does not change. The applicable price is always the one shown on the purchase page of the My Solutfa account portal before you subscribe; the Solutfa app shows no price.

The price, taxes included, of each mini-game subscription is shown in the catalogue of the My Solutfa account portal and on its purchase page, before any commitment.

Any price change is announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance, applies only from the next renewal, and you may cancel before then at no cost.

3. Subscribing and payment

You subscribe on the My Solutfa account portal, which the app's 💎 button leads to, with an account, then on the checkout page of our payment provider Stripe (card and the other methods offered on the page). The first payment is taken when you subscribe, then at each renewal (same day each month, or each year). Your card details are processed by Stripe and never reach us. Invoices are sent by e-mail and remain available in the subscription management page.

Subscribing is reserved for adults; for a minor student, the parent or legal guardian subscribes from the account they manage.

Solutfa Plus and each mini-game are bought on the My Solutfa account portal, never in the app or from a game screen (which never show a price or a payment to a child). Payer declaration: before each payment, you declare that you are an adult and the holder of the means of payment, or that you hold parental authority over the person who plays; this declaration is time-stamped. Paying for a mini-game also requires consent to the mini-game's privacy section.

4. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription runs for one month or one year and renews automatically for the same term. For the yearly plan, an e-mail reminds you 30 days before renewal.

You can cancel at any time, in a few taps, from the app: ⚙ Settings → 💳 (subscription management) → cancel. Each mini-game subscription is managed and cancelled the same way on the My Solutfa account portal (💳 manage, on the game's card). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, until which you keep the subscription; a started period is not refunded, except under section 5. The same page lets you change card, see your invoices and switch between monthly and yearly.

Deleting your account immediately cancels all your subscriptions, for every product.

5. Right of withdrawal — 14-day money-back

The subscription starts as soon as you pay, at your request. You nevertheless have 14 days from your first subscription to change your mind: write to contact@solutfa.com from your account's address, or by post (you may use the form below) and we refund you in full, to the payment method used, within 14 days of your request. The subscription ends on the refund date.

Withdrawal form — To TYWYT, 35 B rue Jacques Duclos, 91120 Palaiseau, France, contact@solutfa.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the [Solutfa Plus or mini-game name] subscription taken out on [date], account e-mail: [address], name: [name], date: [date].

6. Failed payment

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically for a few days and notifies you by e-mail; the subscription stays active meanwhile. Without payment, it ends and the account becomes free again.

7. End of the subscription: your data

When the subscription ends, nothing is deleted: takes already saved stay on our servers and you can still export or delete them. Only the free limits apply again: new takes are saved only below 60 minutes of audio kept (you can free up space), scanning goes back to 5 pages per day, and history is no longer synced to devices other than the one that created it. Subscribing again restores everything.

8. Conformity and liability

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-12 et seq.) for the whole subscription. If the services included in the subscription are unavailable for a prolonged time, write to us: we extend the subscription accordingly or refund the period concerned. Pitch and rhythm verdicts remain a teaching aid (terms of use, section 6).

9. Complaints and mediation

Complaints go first to contact@solutfa.com; we answer within 15 days. Failing agreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to our consumer mediator, within one year of your written complaint: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — file a dispute online at www.cm2c.net.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the more protective mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Failing an amicable solution, disputes go before the courts having jurisdiction under ordinary rules; as a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

11. Personal data

Data needed for the subscription (customer identifier, status and renewal dates, invoices) is processed as described in the privacy policy.
